Memberships and Subscriptions

FitByFun does not collect or store any financial information from you. However, any issue arising during your transaction will be handled by FitByFun and/or Plimus. FitByFun reserves the right to send you notices about your account or membership.

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use FitByFun's referral service to tell a friend about the site, you will be asked for your friend’s name and email address. Your friend will be sent an automatic one-time email inviting him or her to the site. FitByFun stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of the referral program.

Your friend may contact FitByFun to request that this information be removed from the database. Please see the "Contact Us" section at the end of this policy.

Communications from the Site
